Damage to the cab, lift cylinders, jib and determined the following

damage to be related to the current incident and include the lift cylinders, cab assembly, hydraulic lines, jib cord, wire

rope, slew bearing, and smaller components.

The unit rolled down a hill striking a concrete floor section of a building. The primary impact was to the lift cylinders of the crane. The rooster sheave bent from the impact. Once the unit struck the building the scaffolding fell crushing theoperators cab. The force and stress broke the wire rope.
